Why not just use Intercom's Slack integration?

Intercom's Slack integration is a great product, but it's currently gated behind a $99 per seat/month plan.
We believe this integration enables a lot of powerful use cases and want to make it accessible to more teams.

What data does the app collect?

We only collect the minimum amount of data from Intercom.
Information such as user names, email addresses, and conversation content is not stored in our databases. You can revoke access to the app at any time on your Intercom settings page.

Can I reply to conversations via Slack?

Soon! This feature is planned and currently in development.
