@customer-team We're aware of the issue and a fix is being deployed as we speak.
Update: The issue has been resolved. Searching orders should be working normally now.

Intercom's Slack integration is a great product,
but it's currently gated behind a $99 per seat/month plan.
We believe this integration enables a lot of powerful use cases and want to make it accessible to more teams.
We only collect the minimum amount of data from Intercom.
Information such as user names, email addresses, and conversation content is not stored in our databases.
You can revoke access to the app at any time on your Intercom settings page.
